Since 1994, when the original INCREDIBLE HULK television series FAQ went live, I've been asked thousands of times if I'd be willing to dub Hulk episodes for people around the world. Initially, I often honored some of these requests but the situation got out of hand and forced me to rethink my policy on dubbing episodes.
There were a couple of reasons for this decision. First, I just couldn't keep up with the volume. There were some weeks where a dozen people asked me if I'd dub episodes for them and an increasing number of people asked me if I would give them every single episode ever made! By honoring such requests, I'd be spending all of my free time dubbing episodes of THE INCREDIBLE HULK and I really didn't want to do that. The second reason was because people weren't always good about holding up their end of the bargain. I have made customized tapes of Hulk episodes for people, only to find out that they never sent a tape back to me. Or, there have been cases where the tapes they agreed to send  were missing the content that they agreed to send me. The third reason had to do with the expense involved. Trading tapes can get expensive after a while - especially when international postage gets involved. It didn't help that many people wanted to trade for little things that wouldn't even fill a tape.

As a rule, I do not dub episodes of THE INCREDIBLE HULK.
If I do agree, it's only under these conditions.
1. I do not sell episodes of THE INCREDIBLE HULK. Please don't even ask. I only trade for things that I don't have.
2. I can only make NTSC copies of my episodes and I can only view NTSC video tapes, so if you live outside of Canada or the United States, I probably can't trade with you as I don't have the ability to record or view SECAM or PAL tapes. Also, I do not want video CD versions of anything to be watched on a computer, nor do I want to make them.
3. I must receive your tape before I'll send out mine. I realize this may not seem fair but I've been burned too many times to agree to anything otherwise.
4. I will only trade one video tape at a time. Please don't ask me if I'll tape the entire series. There are 80+ episodes of THE INCREDIBLE HULK and the time involved plus the costs of tapes and shipping would be huge.
5. If we agree to trade, the transaction time must be agreed upon beforehand. I've been in situations where someone arranged a trade with me and then didn't send any emails for more than a year! The individual was furious when, after a year had passed (and I'd collected the things that he'd offered me on my own), that I didn't want to trade anymore. This was despite the fact that more than a year had passed between our emails!
6. If we agree to trade, it must be for a full six hours worth of material - with both my tape and yours filled with material from end to end. It's too expensive to continuously to participate in trades over  a single 1/2 hour cartoon. I may be willing to bend, depending on how much content you have to trade AND how much I want what you have to trade. But, as a rule, I'm probably not going to agree to trade if you only have one half-hour cartoon of Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends. It's just too expensive.

Right now, I will only trade for a few  specific things that I'm looking for. They are as follows:

* Blue Water, White Death (1971 documentary on the Great White Shark)

* Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends episodes - "Quest of the Red Skull"

* Fantasy Island Episodes - "The Vampire"

* MAGNUM P.I. - "Resolutions" (part I and part II)

* DR TERRIBLE'S HOUSE OF HORRIBLE - most episodes

* THE EQUALIZER: "Mission: McCall", "Memories of Manon", "The Mystery Of Manon" and most other episodes.

* Episodes of the tv series, VOYAGEURS

* Toto: Live in Paris, 1990.

* STARSKY AND HUTCH: season four (any episodes)
