Before Lou Ferrigno was cast as THE INCREDIBLE HULK, the role went to Richard Kiel, the enormous actor who played "Jaws" in the James Bond movies. While Kiel was replaced and most of the footage he'd shot for the pilot was removed, one scene remains in the pilot. See it here, in slow motion.
